Our products and services are only available within the Indonesia and to Indonesian residents. No individual under the age of seventeen (17) may use the services, provide any personal information to Generation 1.0, or otherwise submit personal information through the Services. If you are younger than 17, you can't use Generation 1.0.
When you download and use the App, Generation 1.0 will have access to your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and when you use the App, it will connect via your data connection. It is really important that the email address associated with your Generation 1.0 account is accurate and up-to-date. If you ever forget pin number, a working email address is often the way to recover the account.
You agree not to use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, in any manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, or act fraudulenty or maliciously (e.g. by hacking into or inserting malicious code or harmful data into the App or any connected operating system).

One thing to remember is that connection of the internet is not completely secure. You're responsible for keeping your device safe, and you must tell us immediately if they're lost or stolen, or you think someone may have accessed or tried to use your account(s). If you want to change your cashtag, you can do so at any time in setting. Don't reveal private information in response to an email, text, letter or phone call unless you are certain that the request is from someone you are confident is genuine.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia and if there's any disagreement about them, or between you and Generation 1.0 about your account(s), both party are agree that this will be dealt by the Courts of Indonesian government.

In Generation 1.0, you can:
Generation 1.0 is secured by BTPN, which is registered and monitored by OJK. Your savings are guaranteed by the government (LPS).
Indonesian citizen who already have the ID card.
Generation 1.0 does have branch offices, which we called it as 'Service Points', and you can find the closest service point at the 'Finder' menu. Currently, the service point is located at BTPN tower in Mega Kuningan. However, the service point is not the place for you to open a Generation 1.0 account, as you can open it anywhere using Generation 1.0 app at your smartphone.
Generation 1.0 doesn't have any ATM yet. For now, you can withdraw money from any bank without any additional fees in the first 50 transactions each month. We'll be in touch when our ATM is ready.
Yes you can withdraw your money at other bank's ATM using the ATM Bersama/Prima/Visa network, but there will be a withdrawal fee.

No, you don't!
If you have already prepared your KTP, NPWP, and your signature on paper, the registration process will take less than 10 minutes.
The username and password are needed to log in and to verify your account, while the mobile PIN is to access your Generation 1.0 account on your device.
No, you can't, but we have some suggestion for your name on the m-Card.
Cashtag represent your Generation 1.0 account number. With cashtag, you don’t need to ask your friend's Generation 1.0's account number. Just ask his cashtag as it already contains his Generation 1.0 profile and account number.
Selfie is needed to protect your identity from misuse by other people, as you won't required to go to the bank during account registration.
You can open a Generation 1.0 account without your NPWP during the registration, but you still need to add your NPWP to your account later with the maximum of 14 days. NPWP is one of the requirements from Bank Indonesia for Indonesian citizen to open a bank account.
After the registration, your Generation 1.0 account is not fully-active yet, as we still need to verify your data. However, these are the activities that can be done during this period:
Yes, you can change your profile, such as the current address, password, phone number, email, etc. However, if you change your address or KTP/NPWP number, then you need to reupload your KTP and NPWP.
Within 2 hours after you complete the registration process, you will be contacted by Generation 1.0 crew to verify your details and schedule your card delivery.
You can activate your card through Generation 1.0 app. On the Cards menu, you will see the card list, and there will be an 'activate' button beside the card that you want to activate. When you click the 'Activate' button, you will be asked to input the 3 digit CVV security code to activate. Then, please create your card PIN.
The mobile PIN is used when you want to access Generation 1.0 account using your device, while the card PIN is when you want to use your card at the ATM or EDC. You can have the same PIN for mobile and card, but it is advisable for you to have different PIN for mobile and card.
You can link 3 devices to your Generation 1.0 account. Each devices will have its own mobile PIN. The mobile PIN for each devices can be varied or same. You can only sign in to your Generation 1.0 account using only 1 device at a time.
After you download the app on your new device, log in with your Generation 1.0 email and password. You will then get a verification code by SMS. After this, you can input your PIN number for this device.
You can unlink that device from the Generation 1.0' web app that you can access through website gen.one, open Profile & Settings > Settings > Device menu.
If you forgot your password, you can click 'RESET' on the login page, enter your email and answer the security questions. Then we'll send the temporary password to your email. You will then need to answer your 'Security Questions'. However, if you forgot the answer of the security questions, please reach us through our Call Center, so we can help you.

E-card is a virtual card from Generation 1.0, that you get automatically after you finish the registration. The e-card is for your online transaction. It is safer to use the e-card to make a payment at the online shop
You are in control with all of your cards. You can set the limit, top up the balance and block card. The limit setting is for the single transactions on POS (Point of Sales) or the daily maximum amount for ATM withdrawal.
You can block the card temporarily through your Generation 1.0 app, and you can unblock the card when you have found the card. You can also cancel the card permanently, if you felt that you really lost the card. You will get a replacement card once you have cancelled it permanently.
No there will be no replacement fee for every lost card, just don't miss it frequently.
The Flexible Savings and Goal Savings will have a 5% interest rate, but if you leave it on your Active Balance you'll only got 1% interest rate.
There is no limitation on how many Goal Savings accounts you can create. You can create as many as you like.
You can only have one Flexible Savings account
The maximum period for Goal Savings is 3 years.
Unfortunately you can't change it into monthly savings.
No, you can't. You can only top up the savings account (Flexible Savings and Goal Savings) from your main account.
Yes, you can terminate the Goal Savings account anytime, but won't you love if you can achieve your dream, and let the Goal Savings completed?
After you have reached your goal, you need to close the Goal Savings account, so the money can be transferred to your Generation 1.0 account. However, if you still don't need the money, you can keep the money on the Goal Savings account as it has a higher interest rate than your Generation 1.0 account.
In Send It, you could transfer money to other Generation 1.0 accounts. If the recipient doesn't have Generation 1.0 accounts, you can still transfer the money using their email or phone number. On the email or SMS, there will be a URL that can direct the person to the Collection Site page, where they can choose their bank account to receive the money. However, the URL will only be active up to 3 days. If there's not actions from the recipient, the money will be returned to your Generation 1.0 account. Moreover, in Send It, you could pay your bills or buy a top up voucher for your phones.
You will be charged a transfer fee when you send money. However, the transfer fee will be refunded to your account, if the recipient is a Generation 1.0 or BTPN account.
Yes, you still can receive the money in your Jenius account. The URL on the SMS or email will direct you to the Collection Site, where you can choose your bank account, including your Jenius account, to receive the money
Unfortunately, you can't cancel the transfer process that has been done.
Split Bill is a Generation 1.0 feature to help you split the bill fairly among your friends. Generation 1.0 will send the bill to your friend, including your bank detail, so your friend can use that information to transfer their part of the bill. But if you friend use Generation 1.0s, they only need to accept the request.
Yes, you still can use it. First you need to select the persons at the bank contact, then you can input the bill manually. Generation 1.0 will split the bill evenly at first, and you can adjust it later.
For the time being, you could only use Split Bill with people who has Generation 1.0 account. However, if your friends don't have the Generation 1.0 account, you can still choose them using their phone number or email address.

You can get the e-statement at the Profile Setting. In Profile Page, there will be a list of e-statement of your Generation 1.0 account, and you can save as PDF or send it to your email address.
There is another option to verify it manually, which can be seen below the QR code. When you choose this option, you will get a code that you need to input on your Generation 1.0 app. Generation 1.0 then will give you another code that you need to input it on the web app to finish the transaction.
You can get the secure code by scanning the QR code from the 'Mobile Token' menu on the Generation 1.0 app. Then there will be a pop up code, where you need to input it on the web app, to finish the transaction. Mobile Token is needed if you are doing any transactions (including updating your profile or changing the transaction limit), through the web app.
